This Privacy Policy explains how XPRSIO ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and participate in the weekly creative challenge. By using XPRSIO, you agree to this policy.

• ·Account information: your email address, and a display name if you provide one.
• ·Content you submit: the images you upload and the descriptions you write.
• ·Activity: the votes you cast and submissions you make each week.
• ·Technical data: basic, standard information your browser sends (such as session cookies needed to keep you signed in).

• ·To operate the weekly cycle — accept submissions, run voting, and display winners.
• ·To show your work in the public gallery and archive, attributed to your display name.
• ·To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• ·To send you essential account emails (sign-in links, password resets).

We rely on trusted third parties to run XPRSIO, including Supabase (authentication, database, and image storage) and our hosting and email providers. Your data is processed by these providers solely to deliver the service.

Images, descriptions, and the display name attached to curated and winning submissions are shown publicly on the site and preserved in the archive. Please don't include private or sensitive information in content you submit.

You can update your display name at any time from your account page. You may delete your account at any time — this permanently removes your profile, submissions, votes, and uploaded images. Some content already published in the public archive may persist where removal isn't technically feasible.

XPRSIO is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. We'll revise the "last updated" date above when we do.
