This Privacy Policy explains how XPRSIO ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website or mobile applications and participate in the weekly creative challenge. By using XPRSIO, you agree to this policy.

• ·Account information: your email address and a display name if you provide one.
• ·Content you submit: the images you choose to upload from your device and the descriptions you write.
• ·Activity data: the votes you cast and submissions you make each week.
• ·Push notification tokens: if you enable notifications, a device token used solely to deliver them. The token is removed when you disable notifications or sign out.
• ·Technical data: basic information your browser or device sends, including session cookies required to keep you signed in.

• ·To operate the weekly cycle, including submissions, curation, voting, and displaying selected works.
• ·To show your work in the public gallery and archive, attributed to your display name.
• ·To authenticate your account and maintain platform security.
• ·To send essential account communications, including sign-in links, password resets, and important service notifications.
• ·To send push notifications you have opted into — when a new edition opens, voting begins, or winners are revealed. You can turn these off at any time in your account or device settings.

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate XPRSIO, including authentication, database, image storage, hosting, email, and push notification delivery (Firebase Cloud Messaging, a Google service) providers. These providers process your information solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

Images, descriptions, and the display name attached to archived or selected submissions may be shown publicly on the platform and preserved in the XPRSIO archive. Please do not include private or sensitive information in your submissions.

You may update your display name at any time through your account settings.

You may delete your account at any time. Account deletion permanently removes your profile information, votes, and unpublished submissions from the platform.

Works selected for the public archive may remain displayed as part of XPRSIO's permanent collection. If the creator deletes their account, the creator's display name may be removed and the work may be presented as "Untitled" or "Unknown Creator."

Deleting an account does not remove archived works from the XPRSIO archive or terminate the rights previously granted to XPRSIO regarding those archived works.

XPRSIO is not intended for children under the age of 13, or the minimum age of digital consent in the user's country. We do not knowingly collect information from children below the applicable age requirement.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. The "Last updated" date above will be revised whenever changes are made.
